Step 1: Formatting the paper
Format your paper according to the instructions given below. The paper must be in the right format! Make sure you have added all your names and details. Make sure the paper is NOT plagiarised or else it shall not go through round two!
Step 2: Payment
Please proceed to the payment page and make the payment according to which category you belong to.

Note:
- All prices are for one paper entry irrespective of number of authors and irrespective of number of pages.
For example, you are an undergraduate student and with 3 of your undergraduate friends wrote a paper along with your guide. In such a case, you need to pay only Rs. 410. For this price, all authors will get e-certificates including your guide(s). - In case you are submitting another paper, the entry fees for that paper must be paid separately. DO NOT COMBINE WITH THIS PAYMENT.
- In case a wrong category payment is made, no refund shall be given. Also, the paper shall be disqualified.
- In case the paper submission is found to be plagiarised, no refund shall be given. However, an opportunity to reduce the plagiarism content to less than 25% shall be given.
Step 3: Submit your paper
Make sure payment is made and you have noted down your Razorpay Payment ID. Your Razorpay Payment ID would have arrived to your registered e-mail address (which you would have specified during payment) from Razorpay in the form of a receipt. Also, make sure your paper conforms to the rules set by the competition. Fill all necessary fields.
(Since the submission form is by Google, you might be asked to login to your GMail/ Google account. In case you do not have a Google account, you will have to create one in order to fill the form.)
Step 4: That's it! You are done
In case there are any issues with your submission, we shall surely get back to you. Your paper will now go through several rounds.
- Step 1: Plagiarism check - Your paper will undergo a series of plagiarism checks. In case the plagiarism found is well within the permissible limits you shall receive a notification by email of the same. If not, we shall give you another chance to make changes and reduce the plagiarism levels.
- Step 2: Format check - We will next check whether the paper conforms to the paper format given by us. In case there are issues, we shall once again be contacting you.
- Step 3: Once your paper passes step 1 and step 2, your paper shall then be sent to 2 judges for evaluation.
- Step 4: Irrespective of the jury's comments, your paper shall automatically qualify for publication in the "Perspectives in Communication, Embedded Systems and Signal Processing - PiCES" journal (which is a monthly published journal in Germany) with ISSN Number. This is subject to your paper passing Step 1 and Step 2. You shall also be asked to sign a copyright form to enable publication of your paper.
- Step 5: Once the Competition end date approaches, you and your fellow authors shall receive participation e-certificates. In case you have won, you shall also receive information by email, on how to collect the prize money.
- Step 6: Your paper shall get published in PiCES in due course of time. It shall also get listed in the German National Library and also indexed in Google Scholar. You shall receive intimation from PiCES once this happens. You will receive publication e-certificates also after this process.
